Production of
Lon Takiguchi's Public
Access: 4 of 5 wrapped November
5th. The feature length dark comedy was shot almost entirely
at the Takiguchi estate in Ewa Beach over the past 3 months.
Vince Keala Lucero was Director of Photography in what he called
the "best time of his life." In what is certain to
become a cult classic, Public Access
is about three men on a mission. But do they all have the same
mission in mind? The mission of Director Lon Takiguchi was clear
over the course of production however, where the on-set moniker
became "More Blood." Receipts to the tune of $1200
in blood supplies alone proved the moniker correct. A simple
warning is in order: this movie is not for the faint of heart.
But for those who like it twisted, Public Access:
4 of 5 will keep you smiling. Lon is currently
in postproduction with co-editor Scott Mason.
